*WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?*
Check-in @ 4PM. Check-out @ 10AM.
*CAN I CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE?*
Yes, you can with prior approval. Early check-in and/or late check-out all depend on our booking schedule and seasonality. And it can be complimentary or with additional fee. We try our best to accommodate guests. Please message us early for details.
*WHERE CAN I PARK?*
Maximum of 4 sedan-sized cars is allowed in front of the house. 3 cars within the driveway & 1 in front of house along street. There are 2 parking permits hanging on the fridge in Unit 2 for street parking. Please return the parking permit before you leave. There is a $75 fee for unreturned or lost permits.
*HOW DO I GET THE KEY?*
The entrance door is equipped with state-of-the-art Schlage encore keyless smart lock. The access code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival time.
*WHAT IS THE WIFI PASSWORD?*
The password is provided in your check-in message.
*WHAT IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE?*
Bayonne is a unique residential spot that is close to the city. At the same time, the neighborhood still provides the safety and comfort of a small town vibe.
It is very important that we do not receive any complaint from the city, so we can continue to share our lovely home with you and other future guests.
*IS THERE ANY SECURITY OR SAFETY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?*
– There are 3 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area (1 on the exterior side of the front door, 1 on the exterior side of the back door, and 1 facing the driveway). There is 1 Ring camera actively recording/monitoring the Utility/Boiler Room. Please be advised that this room houses the boiler, water heating system, gas, and other important mechanisms. THE UTILITY/BOILER ROOM IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKED SPACE BUT IS UNRESTRICTED SO GUESTS CAN ACCESS THE WASHER/DRYER. If you feel uncomfortable, we can keep the room locked, but please note that this will restrict your access to the washer/dryer. Please advise before check-in. There is 1 Ring camera actively recording/monitoring the Public Lobby connecting Unit 1 and Unit 2. Please be advised that though indoors, it is external to both Unit 1 and Unit 2. THE PUBLIC LOBBY IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKED SPACE BUT IS UNRESTRICTED FOR GUESTS WHO BOOKED BOTH UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2.
– There are 3 Minut noise and smoke monitoring devices around the house. They are NOT voice recording devices per manufacturer’s privacy policies.
– Smoke & alarms for all the rooms, inspected monthly.
– Fire Extinguishers, located underneath of each kitchen sink, garage, and main hallway.
– First-Aid kit, located in the laundry room on the first floor and kitchen on the third floor.

*DO YOU PROVIDE ANY CONCIERGE SERVICE FOR MY STAY?*
The house is inspected and cleaned only prior to your arrival and after your departure by the cleaning crew as part of your booking.
Additional cleaning during your stay may be requested for an additional fee directly to our cleaning crew.
The primary mode of communication is through the Airbnb platform messaging system.
Phone calls are also available for urgent matters. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so we only can provide immediate assistance within normal office hours from 9AM to 5PM EST.
For any true emergency, please call 911.
*DO YOU HAVE AN OUTDOOR SPEAKER SYSTEM? CAN I PLAY MUSIC OUTDOOR IN THE BACKYARD?*
We do not have amplified speaker system in the yard due to noise complaints, but you are welcomed to play music with reasonable decibel from your smart devices.
Since we are located in a very peaceful neighborhood, we practice common quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.
*I HAVE FRIENDS (FAMILY) IN TOWN, CAN THEY VISIT ME DURING MY STAY?*
No party and visitors are allowed during your stay. It is because aircover does not protect host and guests for these occasions.
Violation will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $1000 fine.
*DO YOU ALLOW PETS?*
– We do not allow pets.
– Bringing unauthorized pet will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $1000 fine.
*CAN I SMOKE AT THE PROPERTY?*
No smoking/vaping is allowed in the house and the garage. This applies to both tobacco and cannabis use.
Violation will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and $1000 additional cleaning fee. Please be advised we also have cigarette and cannabis smoke detecting devices indoor.
*CAN I ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE IN THE HOUSE?
We have several mini split AC units in the house and central heat during the cold months. Guests can adjust temperature freely during their stays. However, we kindly request that guests maintain a temperature between 73 and 78 degrees to prevent overtaxing the AC system. Please keep in mind that if service is needed, our AC technician requires 24 hours’ notice.

Longer term bookings are available with different scheduled fees and rental contract. Please contact host for details.
