Darby is a pivotal member of Zenity Stays, blending his expertise in healthcare and the arts with a passion for real estate. As a Doctor of Nurse Anesthesiology with over a decade in healthcare, he’s an advocate for cultural sensitivity and inclusivity. His art background, particularly in life drawing and interior design, adds a unique aesthetic to our properties, enhancing their appeal and comfort. Since 2021, Darby has applied his diverse skills to real estate, focusing on mid-term rentals for healthcare professionals and upscale short-term vacation rentals. At Zenity Stays, he’s instrumental in offering tailored and enriching experiences to our diverse clientele, especially those in the healthcare field.

Kyle Weiss
Director of Operations/ Co-founder

Kyle, a dedicated hospitality leader since 2008, holds a Bachelor of Science in Resort & Hospitality Management. He has engaged in all departments throughout full service and select service major branded hotels along the East Coast of the United States spanning 4 states and 7 various hotels. His expertise in market-based research significantly enhances revenue strategies and sales tactics. Under Kyle’s recent leadership, a hotel in Midtown Manhattan has won multiple awards within its prestigious brand in the region. Motivated by purpose and a deep sense of care, Kyle upholds fundamental principles that are key to driving Zenity Stays forward as a top-tier hospitality provider.
