Welcome to The EaDo Nomad Stay! Designed for WFH professionals, healthcare workers, & families, this cozy home is centrally located within the inner loop. Enjoy utmost tranquility and safety, with high security and ample parking. Just 15 mins to hospitals and downtown corporations, & 5 mins to shops, bars, and restaurants. Spacious storage, 2 office desks, & walkable to parks, and running trails. Rate is negotiable for insurance company.

About this space:
– 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing privacy and featuring spacious walk-in closets.
– 2 desks specifically designed for WFH professionals.
– Convenient 2-car garage.
– There are 2 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area (1 on the exterior side of the front door and 1 on the exterior side of the garage). There is no recording device in the interior of the house.
– Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a comfortable pullout sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests with a maximum capacity of 5.
– Enjoy high-speed internet access throughout your stay.
– A 55″ smart TV is available for easy connection to various movie apps.
– Washer and dryer machines are provided within the unit.
– The kitchen is fully equipped, and an initial toiletry starter kit will be provided for your convenience.
– Filtered Brita pitcher and ice cube trays in kitchen.
– Breathe easy with the installation of a true HEPA filter in the AC system, reducing airborne contaminants such as allergens, smoke, dust, odors, and respiratory viruses (including COVID-19).
– Six ultrasonic pest repellers are strategically placed throughout the unit, combating pests that may be encountered due to Houston’s humid climate.

Guest access:
– Enjoy the convenience of a keyless smart lock and a seamless self check-in process at the front door. An individualized code will be provided to each guest upon their arrival date.
– Two designated parking spots are available in the garage located at the back of the house. Additionally, abundant street parking is conveniently accessible right in front of the house.
– The remote control for the garage is conveniently placed by the garage door on the ground floor.

Interaction with guests:
-Self check-in to the property will be with an access code to a smart lock at the front door.
-The primary mode of communication is through email or SMS.
-Phone calls are available for urgent matters. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so we can only have immediate assistance within office hours between 9AM to 5PM EST.
-For any true emergency, please call 911.

– Our team specializes in handling bookings through third-party companies, such as temporary housing corporations or insurance companies. Whether you are the guest or the housing agent, please feel free to reach out to us. Rate is negotiable for the right candidate.

– To ensure a secure and trustworthy environment, all guests are required to have their government ID verified prior to booking.

– Once your booking is confirmed, a separate message will be sent to you containing the Wi-Fi password, general guidelines, and recommendations for local attractions.

– We kindly request that you respect our non-smoking policy. Smoking, including the use of medical cannabis, is only permitted outdoors. Please be aware that a $1000 cleaning fee will be imposed for smoking inside the property, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.

– For parking, please use the designated area and refrain from parking in the driveway at the back or on the left side of the house, even temporarily.

– Towels will be provided according to the number of guests and the duration of your stay. Should you require additional towels, please feel free to utilize the washer and dryer available.

– We have a restrictive pet policy in place. For any potential case-by-case situations, please contact the host directly. The pet fee may vary depending on the length of your stay. Bringing a pet without prior approval from the host will result in an additional $1000 cleaning fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

– Our AC system is regulated by a Nest smart device. Most of the time, the temperature in the house is automatically adjusted by the default setting. Guests are allowed to adjust the temperature during their stay. However, when the outside temperature rises into the triple digits (in Fahrenheit), the system will not cool the house to below 73 degrees, regardless of the setting. Guests are kindly requested to maintain a temperature between 74 and 78 degrees to prevent overtaxing the AC system. Please note that if service is needed, our AC technician requires 24 hours’ notice.

– The fridge may or may not have a functioning water filter and ice maker. To ensure you always have access to water and ice, we have also provided a Brita pitcher and ice trays. For guests traveling with a large party, we recommend purchasing additional ice from nearby stores, as our appliances are designed primarily for residential use and may not produce enough ice for large groups.

– Our house is situated in a quiet and safe residential area, making it unsuitable for parties or large gatherings. We practice common quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.

– For stays shorter than 30 days, please contact us before sending any packages to our address. For stays longer than 30 days, guests may have packages delivered directly to the property. However, please note that our team is not responsible for accepting, receiving, or managing the contents of any packages. We strongly recommend using Amazon Lockers or similar services for added security.

– While our home is in a very safe neighborhood, unattended packages may still go missing. We encourage guests to practice standard precautions to ensure the safety of their deliveries.
