About this space:
– 2 Full bedrooms, 1 loft (linked to one of the bedrooms), and 2.5 bathrooms.
– There are 2 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area (1 on the exterior side of the front door and 1 facing the garden). There is no recording device in the interior of the house.
– Accommodates 6 guests comfortably with 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 2 couches, and an optional air mattress. Maximum capacity of 8 if needed.
– High-speed internet is available.
– Smart TVs (2) easily connect to movie apps (no cable).
– Upgraded oversized washing and drying machines with smart features.
– The kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee and tea for your mornings.
– Filtered Brita pitcher and ice cube trays in kitchen.
– The living room features a large-capacity air purifier with a true HEPA filter, reducing airborne contaminants such as allergens, smoke, dust, odors, and respiratory viruses (COVID-19 included).

Guest access:
– Keyless smart lock and self check-in available at the front door, with an individualized code provided to guests upon arrival.
– 2 Designated parking spots available, one in the garage and one in front of the house. Additional street parking is easily accessible and nearby (refer to the last photo on the listing).
– Access to the garden/backyard is exclusively through the kitchen.
The remote for the garage is conveniently placed near the garage door in the kitchen
Interaction with Guest:
-Self check-in to the property will be with an access code to a smart lock at the front door.
-The primary mode of communication is through email or SMS.
-Phone calls are available for urgent matters. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so we can only have immediate assistance within office hours between 9AM to 5PM EST.
-For any true emergency, please call 911.

– Our team specializes in handling bookings through third-party companies, such as temporary housing corporations or insurance companies. Whether you are the guest or the housing agent, please feel free to reach out to us. Rate is negotiable for the right candidate.
– Please note that all guests are required to have their government ID verified prior to booking.
– Upon booking confirmation, a separate message will be sent to you, providing the Wi-Fi password, general guidelines, and recommendations for local attractions.
– This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including the use of medical cannabis. A $1000 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violation, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
– Please park only in the designated areas. Avoid parking in the driveway at the back or on the left side of the house, even temporarily.
– Towels will be provided based on the number of guests and the duration of your stay. If you require additional towels, please utilize the washer and dryer available.
– We have a restrictive pet policy in place. Please contact the host directly for potential case-by-case situations. The pet fee may vary depending on the length of your stay. Bringing a pet without prior approval from the host will result in an additional $1000 cleaning fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation.
– Our AC system is regulated by a Nest smart device. Most of the time, the temperature in the house is automatically adjusted by the default setting. Guests are allowed to adjust the temperature during their stay. However, when the outside temperature rises into the triple digits (in Fahrenheit), the system will not cool the house to below 73 degrees, regardless of the setting. Guests are kindly requested to maintain a temperature between 73 and 78 degrees to prevent overtaxing the AC system. Please note that if service is needed, our AC technician requires 24 hours’ notice.
– The fridge may or may not have a functioning water filter and ice maker. To ensure you always have access to water and ice, we have also provided a Brita pitcher and ice trays. For guests traveling with a large party, we recommend purchasing additional ice from nearby stores, as our appliances are designed primarily for residential use and may not produce enough ice for large groups.
– This house is located in a quiet and safe residential area, and it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM.
– For stays shorter than 30 days, please contact us before sending any packages to our address. For stays longer than 30 days, guests may have packages delivered directly to the property. However, please note that our team is not responsible for accepting, receiving, or managing the contents of any packages. We strongly recommend using Amazon Lockers or similar services for added security.
– While our home is in a very safe neighborhood, unattended packages may still go missing. We encourage guests to practice standard precautions to ensure the safety of their deliveries.
